Client’s needs are specific to their firm and department and we welcome an opportunity to discuss your needs individually.

CONTINGENT FEES FOR
PERMANENT HIRE PLACEMENT’S:
Our ONE TIME fee based on the annual salary of our candidate is less than half of the industry standard. Our referral fee for temporary placements is nominal. Empire Insurance Recruiters, Inc. really offers the client added value by providing the client with a complete file of the candidate upon the hire date. Empire Insurance Recruiters, Inc. does the due diligence often claimed but rarely produced! We invite you to call or email and give us the opportunity to work with your firm. Our terms are net thirty (30) days.

Our procedure:
Client: Simply call and request your need and
we will forward our contingency
agreement for your signature.
We will forward resumes based on your
needs.
We will communicate with you regarding your selected candidates.
We will coordinate the interview
process and follow up afterwards.
We will assist in the letter of offer
phase if needed.
We will forward the entire file we have compiled on the candidate to
become part of your internal file.
FOR YOUR PROTECTON:
In order to protect the client we are covered with General Liability Business Insurance. We will be glad to forward a certificate copy to your Human Resource Department.

PROCEEDURES
· Personally interviewed. We require 3+ years in the insurance field
· Reference, we require three professional references
· Background Screening, we have authorization forms to screen for the following: Criminal, social security, sex offender, workers comp, education, employment, motor vehicle, credit check, want/warrants.. we discuss with the client which items beyond the criminal search they would require.
