Essential Job Duties Are:
• Assume primary responsibility for assigned projects from commencement to completion
• Respond to emergencies as required and assist with providing coordination of emergency service teams
• Monitor the work schedule and report any deviations to the Project Manager and Production Coordinator
• Review and approve construction drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Assist the Project Manager and Estimator with obtaining vendor estimates
• Efficiently schedule vendors with sufficient advance notice
• Review budget prior to project commencement
• Keep project cost within budget
• Complete projects on or before projected completion date
