ABOUT ME

Connie RoseIt is important to know who you are conducting business with.  I have provided you with   my summary so that, you may have a good comfort level with Empire Insurance  Recruiters, Inc. As with all successful professional endeavors, it’s important to place one’s trust with someone who has a well rounded and through background, experience and knowledge within and about the industry.

I began my career in the property and casualty industry in 1985 as a commercial lines associate, typing insurance certificates, learning the basics of property and casualty insurance.  I obtained my agents license and advance to personal lines account executive.

I advanced in 1990 to Assistant Underwriter with U.S. Transportation Underwriters when the firm went out of business; I then advanced to Private Passenger Auto Underwriter with Windsor Insurance Group.  In 1994 I advanced to that of a Personal and Commercial Lines Sub-Broker for Nationwide Insurance Company.  These positions afforded me the experience and professional associations within the industry to lay the foundation for my position with Insurance Overload Systems in 1995 as a Specialist responsible for the placement of insurance professionals throughout all facets of the insurance industry.  My position with Insurance Overload Systems was personally rewarding and afforded me the opportunity to develop and broaden my direct marketing resources; while building relationships with the principle providers within the Property and Casualty Insurers, Third Party Administrators, Managing General Agencies, Global Brokerage Firms and Insurance Agencies.

In 1998 I was presented with an interesting challenge.  Crawford and Company requested I create for them an in-house staffing department that would more effectively recruit and develop permanent staff employees, while recruiting qualified professionals able to fill in-house positions for their client’s needs.  In 2001, the department was eliminated during economical downsizing.  This allowed me to accept a Marketing Director position with Mitigation Management Restoration, Inc.  The job involved coordination of various projects with the claims staff, on site project managers of self-insured’s accounts and facility managers of large commercial operations.  I served as Marketing Director for the Georgia and Florida locations.  I resigned from the firm to establish Empire Insurance Recruiters, Inc.

I am currently affiliated with the following Organizations:
